Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and Lurvion ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of our travel planning and advisory services, including but not limited to our website, consultation services, and all associated deliverables.

By accessing our website, engaging with our services, or submitting any consultation request, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease your use of our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of Lurvion. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion, and your continued use of our services following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Nature and Scope of Services

Lurvion provides travel planning and advisory services of an exclusively informational and consultative nature. Our services include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Personalized itinerary design and travel route development, including the selection of destinations, sequencing of travel stages, and structuring of daily travel plans based on client-provided preferences and requirements.
• Destination research and guidance, encompassing the preparation of comprehensive informational materials about specific locations, recommendations regarding places of interest, activities, and logistical considerations.
• Travel documentation guidance, including the preparation of document requirement lists, general information regarding entry requirements, and the creation of preparation checklists tailored to your intended destinations.
• Remote travel coordination support, providing organizational assistance for travel planning processes in a fully online format, including advisory support regarding the use of digital planning tools.

The information and recommendations we provide are based on research and general knowledge available at the time of service delivery. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information provided, as travel conditions, entry requirements, and local regulations are subject to change without notice.

Client Responsibilities

As a client of Lurvion, you assume full and sole responsibility for verifying all information provided by our advisory services before acting upon it. Specifically, you acknowledge and agree to the following obligations:

• You are solely responsible for verifying all visa, entry, and documentation requirements with the relevant governmental authorities, embassies, and consulates prior to your travel.
• You are solely responsible for making all travel bookings, purchasing all tickets, arranging all accommodation, and procuring all travel insurance independently and at your own discretion.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information you provide to Lurvion during the consultation process is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You acknowledge that our advisory services do not substitute for professional legal, medical, or governmental advice, and you agree to seek appropriate professional counsel when required.
• You agree not to use our services for any purpose that is unlawful, harmful, or prohibited by these Terms, and to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations in connection with your travel.
• You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all decisions made and actions taken in reliance upon advisory materials provided by Lurvion.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, itineraries, research documents, checklists, and other deliverables produced by Lurvion in the course of providing advisory services remain the intellectual property of Lurvion until full payment for the relevant service has been received.

Upon receipt of full payment, Lurvion grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the advisory materials delivered to you solely for your personal travel planning purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any materials provided by Lurvion.

All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and other proprietary designations used on our website and in our communications are the exclusive property of Lurvion. You may not use any of these marks without prior written permission from Lurvion.

Our website, its design, all content published thereon, and the compilation thereof are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content from our website is strictly prohibited.

Payment Terms and Conditions

Payment for Lurvion's advisory services is due in accordance with the payment schedule specified in your service agreement or consultation proposal. All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

Lurvion does not accept, process, hold, or manage client funds for travel-related expenditures, including but not limited to accommodation, transportation, tours, or any other travel services. All payments made to Lurvion are solely for the advisory and informational services described herein.

In the event of non-payment or default, Lurvion reserves the right to withhold delivery of advisory materials, suspend ongoing services, and pursue all available legal remedies for the recovery of outstanding amounts.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lurvion expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

Our advisory information is provided in good faith but without guarantee as to its accuracy, completeness, or applicability to your specific circumstances. Travel regulations, entry requirements, health and safety conditions, and local laws are subject to rapid and unpredictable change, and we strongly advise you to verify all information from authoritative official sources before undertaking any travel.

In all circumstances, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Lurvion for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Confidentiality

Lurvion treats all information shared by clients during the consultation process with the utmost discretion and confidentiality. We will not disclose your personal information, travel plans, or any other details shared with us to third parties, except as required by law or as necessary to deliver our services.

Conversely, any proprietary methodologies, templates, research processes, or advisory frameworks used by Lurvion in the delivery of our services constitute confidential business information. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any such information that may be disclosed to you in the course of receiving our services.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Jefferson County, Kentucky, for the resolution of any disputes arising under these Terms.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve any dispute through direct negotiation. If direct negotiation is unsuccessful, the parties agree to attempt mediation before proceeding to litigation.

Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with any service agreement or consultation proposal issued by Lurvion, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lurvion regarding the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, or warranties, whether written or oral.

Modifications to Terms

Lurvion reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. We may, but are not obligated to, provide additional notice of material changes.

Your continued use of our services or website following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of your rights and obligations.
